Our Data
Translation Modules
Many healthcare provider organizations have distributed
information systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR),
Administrative Discharge & Transfer (ADT), Laboratory (LIS), Order Entry
(CPOE) and integration systems such as Interface/Integration
Engines (IE/Cloverleaf), Health Info Exchanges (HIE), and other
ancillary functions.
Compiling medical performance reports from the above mentioned myriad
sources is a complex task several data sources are commonly combined to
generate a complete QDRA or QPP report.
Our data import modules translate data into structured XML which is to
be processed subsequently in our report generation software. Many
data types are included in our data translation & merge libraries, such
as:
- QRDA (Quality Reporting
Document Architecture)
- CCDA (Consolidated Clinical
Document Architecture)
- Legacy electronic documents (CDA,
CCD and CDR)
- Raw data extraction: Flat
files, Excel, Access
Our system is designed for a
heterogeneous data input environment. We use standard QPP and
QRDA XML templates to design and stage the data merge in the appropriate
manner.
This process encompasses modules
that generate structured XML reports, including output using the QRDA I
& III format.
