After you complete
the online form, we will help you follow our QPP QCDR roadmap:

with your office workflow, CUHSM will use your registration to
identify the most efficient method to collect patient data that
identify the optimum QPP measures to report.

CUHSM will
apply the QPP measure assessor to evaluate
which QPP measures most advantageous for your practice to
report.

CUHSM will use
the results of from the QPP measure assessor
to help you determine which QPP measures to reporting.

CUHSM will
identify any annual CMS regulations that can balance the
benefits of reporting alongside the associated costs. For
example, CMS 2014 reporting rules allow the following options to
submit:
