This is the training platform: Model EHR User Interface #1 (UI) |

| Step #1 Expand window of EHR application to full
screen. You should not see any other applications on screen |
|
| Step #2 (EHR) Navigate through EHR menu & select
any of these functions: HIE, API, Referral. See
user manual for menus |

| Step #3 (EHR) Type in MRN/Chart Number for sample
patient |
|
| Step #4 (EHR) Select for option 'file' |
|
| Step #5 (EHR) Use 'select' to start export
operation |
|
| Step #6 (EHR) Verify that patient chart file has
been exported |
|
| Step #7 (EHR) Practice steps 1-6 so that you
execute them without error |
|
| Step #8 (UIDH) Turn on 'UI Data Hoover' (UIDH) |
|
| Step #9 (EHR) Repeat steps 1-6 |
|
| Step #10 (UIDH) On 'UI Data Hoover' menu, select
'Save' |
|
| Step #11 Repeat steps 8-10 Twice |
|
| Step #12 Zip up files, rename zip file to your
account#, and email to nickbooth@cuhsm.org |
